Looking for a loyal and affectionate companion to suit your homebody lifestyle? Well, look no further! Tammy is a senior Chihuahua who is looking for a forever home where he can live his dreams of snuggling on the lap of his human and living his best couch-potato life ❤️ He gets along with dogs and cats, but is more interested in being cuddled by a human. He doesn’t care much for playing with other dogs – perhaps he was the only dog at his previous home.
Although Tammy has an angular limb deformity, it doesn’t stop him from being the happy snuggle bug that he is! It does not need any treatment at the moment since it does not bother him or cause any pain – it probably should have been dealt with when he was a puppy.
He is leash trained, crate trained, house trained on pee pads and is currently working on outside potty training. While he is not much of a barker, he will occasionally do it to get attention. He has no destructive behaviours, prey drive, or resource guarding.
Tammy was found on the street and was sent to a kill shelter 💔
