Meet Christine! A sweet and bashful terrier mix girl who is waiting for her forever home ❤️
Christine is a shy girl who has so much love to give! She can be nervous when meeting new people, but if they calmly introduce themselves to her, she will very quickly fall in love and dive into their arms. She just needs to be the first to approach to make sure they’re safe! Once she gets to know her person, she will follow them around and beg to be held.❤️ Due to her nervousness, she would do best in an adult-only home.
She gets along well with other dogs, especially ones that are the same size as her. But, overall, she prefers to be in the arms of the human she trusts the most! She has not been tested with cats, but we think she will get along well with them. She has no prey drive and has a low energy level -she is very much a homebody who just wants to cuddle the ones she loves.
Christine is leash trained, crate trained, and only goes potty outdoors. Even though she can be a bit nervous, she is not a flight risk. She is not destructive in the home, and has no signs of resource guarding. She is not much of a barker, and only barks out of excitement when she sees her favourite person.
Christine was found on the street and sent to a kill shelter 💔
